Job Description
The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to secure deals by creating solutions that align with client requirements. As a Sector/Account-specific Presales Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall proposal and solution, engaging with multiple service lines to customize proposal contents, and establishing trusted partnerships across various departments. Your deliverables will include handling RFP Q&A, estimations, creating proposal documents, oral presentations, and drafting SOWs. It is essential to develop solution content and narratives from a Technology Industry perspective for all proposals, demonstrating proficiency in writing compelling English and designing visually appealing slides. Collaboration with service lines is key in developing solutions for Software Development, Data Science, Support, Customer Experience, and Digital pursuits. Experience in Digital and Data proposals is preferred to effectively probe clients, seek clarifications on requirements, and communicate these needs to the solution teams. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will craft tailored solutions for clients, leveraging your industry expertise to make persuasive presentations to potential clients. In RFP Management and Bid Management, you will project manage the bid process, prepare bid plans, identify relevant teams/experts, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress against the bid plan, and ensure timely submission of responses. Additionally, you will be involved in Commercial Architecting and Estimation, building commercial models for deals, working with Business Finance Managers to determine deal prices and margins, and coordinating with Service Lines and Delivery teams for commercial estimates.
