Job Description

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients post-sales, serving as a primary point of contact for support. Your duties will include providing technical assistance on data centre services, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. Collaborating with delivery and project teams is crucial to ensure smooth implementation of data centre solutions. Monitoring the performance of data centre infrastructure, addressing potential issues proactively, and documenting post-sales processes are key aspects of the role. In addition, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer support, gather feedback for improvements, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Providing training to customers on data centre solution management, managing contracts and renewals, and generating reports on post-sales KPIs will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in data centre infrastructure, problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, a focus on customer service, project management proficiency, teamwork skills, and adaptability to changing customer needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location requires in-person attendance on a rotational shift schedule.,
