Job Description

Database Engineer
Location -Gurgaon
Experience- 2-4 Years
About:

Key Responsibilities
? Centrally manage, coordinate and oversee the execution of different test phases across all work
streams in-scope of the testing and release cycle.
? Ensure a governance and control framework is in place for testing across all phases of the project.
? Assist in providing strategic inputs for CSV projects
? Plan and execute activities in relation to Test Preparation, Test Execution, Test Environment
management as well as Post implementation reviews. This includes the formation of Test Strategy
and a detailed plan for all the Test phases.
? Communicate to stakeholders on the Test Status, risks and issue resolution.
? Manage and coordinate Unit test and System Integration Testing (SIT)
? Ensure transition from SIT to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase (IQ, OQ, PQ).
? Align Test activities with the overall project plan and change agenda of the wider programme.
? Participate in and drive through Test requirements gathering.
? Work with IT Agile methodology or working on scrum teams

Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of total experience
• 2+ years experience in SQL Server DBA Architect.
• Should have experience with private or public cloud provider like AWS & AZURE.
• Must have experience in developing and implementing an enterprise level
applications
• Strong experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
• Good Understanding of RDBMS Concepts/ Indexing.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient Team player.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science,
Technology, Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Designing, maintaining &
development of Database solutions.
