Job Description
Role & responsibilities: Design stable, reliable and effective database programs to ensure that data processing production systems meet user needs PL/SQL and SQL Tuning and Optimization of newly developed and existing applications Provide data analysis and validation Leverage Oracle 10g/11g features to their fullest on a large-scale system. Identification of performance issues on production and testing systems. Interact with internal and external clients to understand requirements, explain issues and prioritize work. Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle and demonstrate abilities to learn both the business processes as well as new and existing pl/sql technologies Requirements: Basic knowledge of Oracle database architecture Advanced database development experience (Oracle SQL/PLSQL) Knowledge of software development Strong SQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills An ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) Experience: 3 to 8 Years Skills: HL7, US Healthcare, client facing experience, database developer, ETL experience, strong communication skills.
