As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing churn prediction models utilizing advanced machine learning algorithms based on user transactional and behavioral data - Constructing regression models to predict users" income and balances using transaction data - Creating customer segmentation and recommendation engines for cross-selling initiatives - Building natural language processing models to gauge customer sentiment - Developing propensity models and conducting lifetime value (LTV) analysis - Establishing modern data pipelines and processing systems using AWS PAAS components like Glue and Sagemaker Studio - Utilizing API tools such as REST, Swagger, and Postman - Deploying models in the AWS environment and managing the production setup - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to collect data and derive insights Essential Technical Skill Set: 1. Prior experience in Fintech product and growth strategy 2. Proficiency in Python 3. Strong grasp of linear regression, logistic regression, and tree-based machine learning algorithms 4. Sound knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing 5. Familiarity with AWS services such as Sagemaker, S3, EC2, and Docker 6. Experience with REST API, Swagger, and Postman 7. Proficiency in Excel 8. Competence in SQL 9. Ability to work with visualization tools like Redash or Grafana 10. Familiarity with versioning tools like Bitbucket, Github, etc.,
