Key Responsibilities

 

Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and guide business strategies

Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive algorithms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to identify data opportunities

Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data visualizations, and dashboards

Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and statistical solutions

Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, big data, and analytics tools

Contribute to the development of data science best practices and mentor junior team members

 

 

Technical Skills & Requirements

 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role

Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake)

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Familiarity with MLOps and deployment pipelines is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus

Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams
