Hiring: Lead Data Scientist
Location: Hyderabad / Remote
Experience: 7+ Years (Relevant)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will also bring strong software engineering skills and hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions, cloud deployment, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Mandatory Skills:

         Programming & Tools :

• 5+ years of strong Python development experience
• Proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, XGBoost
• Expertise in Python code quality tools (Pylint, Black, pycodestyle, pydocstyle) and IDEs (PyCharm, VS Code)
• Experience with Docker for model packaging and exposing REST/gRPC endpoints
• Version control: Git, Bitbucket

        ML & Deep Learning :

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms: Regression, Classification, EDA, Feature Engineering
• Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, and Time Series data
• End-to-end model development: training, validation, deployment, monitoring

        Generative AI & LLM Expertise :

• Experience with LLM-based solutions including:
• LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, GPT, Tokens, Attention Mechanisms
• Chatbot and RAG pipeline development
• Multi-modal LLMs, embeddings, context window management
• Research and implementation of AI-assisted coding tools, particularly within VS Code and other IDEs

         Cloud & Deployment :

• Model training and serving experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with distributed model training on NVIDIA GPUs
• Experience in deploying ML models in scalable cloud environments

           Preferred Experience:

• Strong background in AI software engineering practices
• Lifecycle ownership of ML solutions from prototyping to production
• Demonstrated innovation through research or POCs in GenAI/LLMs
• Experience with CI/CD for ML pipelines
