Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, training, and delivering data science solutions using various modalities such as tabular, text, and image data. You will work hands-on with advanced analytics projects using Python and collaborate with a team of data scientists and data engineers to develop advanced analytical solutions for clients. Your role will involve analyzing experimental results, iterating, and refining models to create a significant business impact. Additionally, you will be required to understand and formulate business problems into an analytics framework, manage stakeholders, and effectively communicate insights to business and technical teams. To excel in this role, you must have exposure to analytics for solving business problems related to supply chain, sales & marketing, and finance within CPG or similar industries. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Computer Science, is required, while a master's degree is considered a plus. You should have 2-6 years of experience in a data science/analytics role and possess in-depth knowledge of various machine learning algorithms. Prior experience in any of the following areas is mandatory: - Customer and Marketing Analytics - Pricing and Promotion Analytics - Supply Chain Analytics including Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, and Logistics - Digital Analytics - Predictive Maintenance or Predictive Quality Moreover, you should have the ability to write robust codes in Python and familiarity with standard machine learning libraries is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Being a good team player, self-motivated, and capable of ideating and working on various initiatives are highly valued traits. Desirable skills include knowledge and experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra, as well as experience in containerizing applications using Docker, would be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and the job requires in-person presence at the office location.,
