Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in data science with a strong proficiency in Python programming. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a minimum of 1.5 years in Large Language Models (LLM) & Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. Proficiency in database management for at least 2 years is required, along with 1+ years of experience in cloud deployment of ML models/Python applications on Azure or AWS. Familiarity with LLMOps is considered a plus. As a part of the role, the candidate will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and optimization of ML, NLP, and LLM/GenAI solutions. This includes the development and maintenance of Python-based ML pipelines, as well as managing associated databases. The candidate will also be tasked with deploying AI models on Azure/AWS, ensuring performance and scalability. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to stay updated on advancements in ML, NLP, and GenAI technologies and provide mentorship to team members. Implementing LLMOps best practices for efficient model lifecycle management will also be a key responsibility.,
