Job Description

Job responsibilities: Support the implementation and rollout of the Yum! global data privacy program throughout the Asia/Pacific region. Advise business functions on projects and perform privacy impact assessments for any new systems or business processes that leverage personal data Lead the implementation of Thailands Personal Data Protection Act and all data privacy matters within the region. Use privacy software to help maintain and drive compliance with international privacy legislation Partner with Regional Privacy Counsel to ensure all relevant business units have and maintain appropriate privacy notices, data subject rights processes, consent mechanisms and record procedures in line with local privacy regulation or global privacy standards Partner with markets/regions to assist in determining and implementing privacy requirements for new business and technology projects Partner with Regional and Brand Security Leads to ensure systems that process personal data have implemented all required security controls according to Yum! policies and standards Work closely with Legal to support business units in the event of privacy complaints by data subject or regulator Support the development of global data privacy processes Implement regional programs to enhance data privacy training and awareness Keep current with regional privacy legislation and industry trends; analyze and communicate potential impacts to existing business practices Job requirements: Experience - 10 - 12 years Bachelors Degree required. In-depth knowledge and understanding of data privacy. IAPP certification preferred Experience in franchised organizations preferred Knowledge of OneTrust privacy software essential Adapt to shifting priorities, work well under pressure, and adhere to deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities Proven self-starter and ability to work independently is a necessity Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and influence senior executives Demonstrated project and change management skills,
