Job Description Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager Data Privacy Location: Chennai/Bangalore Candidate Expectation: Candidate must be a graduate with 8+ years of active external competency in data privacy Functional experience in the BFSI BPS domain Good understanding of overall Quality Management System framework Background in risk management and familiarity to BPS domain and general risk framework Provide industry expertise in understanding and design of the proposed solution Good communication to represent in customer meeting, audits and RFI/RFPs Collaboration and Networking skills Job Description: Well versed with data privacy regulations and requirements in order to undertake internal trainings Ensuring that security and privacy obligations in MSA / SoW are assessed and required controls are deployed to meet customer requirements, and working with various stakeholders to ensure relevant controls are incorporated to support the changing business and evolving delivery models Ensuring contract review with underlying adequate privacy requirements Release periodic governance reports and dashboards to respective stakeholders with respect to key deliverables. Understanding of vendor/subcontractor outsourced data privacy commitments and ensuring adherence.
