Our focus is on doing good for others and fostering a sustainable society. The driving force behind our work at Astellas is delivering meaningful differences for patients. We believe that each individual has the power to make a significant impact, drawing inspiration from diverse insights and expertise globally, as well as from our innovative partners. This principle is integrated into our everyday working practices, emphasizing a patient-centric culture for all staff regardless of their role. At the core of our ethos lies the Astellas Way, which comprises five core values: patient focus, ownership, results, openness, and integrity. We take pride in offering an inclusive and respectful working environment that encourages collaboration and ownership among all team members. As the Data Operations and Stewardship Partner at Astellas, you will play a crucial role in the Data Strategy team. Collaborating with various internal and external partners, you will work in an Agile manner to unlock data opportunities for commercial teams. In this role, you will support Data Product Owners in managing data processes from ingestion to data transformation and ensure data governance, quality, and cataloguing. Your expertise in data governance, security, compliance regulations, and proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or R will be essential in driving business operations and continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have relevant data experience in the pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of data governance best practices, and proficiency in utilizing data lineage and metadata management tools.
