The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Landing Page teams at eBay are responsible for developing features that enhance the browsing experience for customers and improve their ability to discover relevant eBay pages through search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. With millions of products listed on eBay globally, our team plays a key role in innovating and delivering immediate value to the business through high-quality, scalable, and highly-available solutions. We drive organic free traffic that contributes to billions of dollars in goods and services bought on eBay. In your role within the Landing Page Data Operations team, you will support Product and Development in maintaining data quality and managing the lifecycle of landing pages. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data quality processes, conducting data audits and assessments, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability for analysis. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong sense of ownership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of data quality practices. Key Job Responsibilities: Data Quality and Governance: - Implement and enforce data quality standards and procedures. - Conduct data audits and assessments to identify and resolve data issues. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis. Optimization and Testing: - Identify opportunities for improvement in landing page design, content, and user experience based on data analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and optimize landing pages. - Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies. Minimum Qualifications: - BA or BS degree - Proven experience in program management or operations, particularly in digital marketing or data-driven environments. - Understanding of digital marketing principles and landing page optimization strategies. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Adaptability to changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
