Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update employee data, salary details, and statutory components accurately in Compu payroll
• Maintain and regularly update attendance records in Compu payroll for payroll processing and compliance filings
• Generate and verify salary sheets, challans, and compliance reports using Compu payroll
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns (e.g., ECR, TDS, PT) via Compu payroll-linked modules
• Ensure proper mapping of employee details to avoid errors during return generation
• Upload and reconcile TDS and other statutory payments using Compu payroll integrations with government portals
• Maintain data accuracy and timely backups of Compu payroll entries and reports
• Resolve any errors or mismatches during return filings through Compu payroll
• Coordinate with internal teams or clients to ensure complete and correct data entry in the portal
• Stay updated on Compu payroll software updates and functionalities for efficient use.
