Job Description

Inputting Data: Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or other software tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Updating Records: Making changes or updates to existing records or databases when needed. Data Verification: Verifying the accuracy and consistency of data entered into systems, checking for errors or discrepancies. Data Cleaning: Identifying and correcting errors in data, such as duplicate entries or missing information. File Management: Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical, to ensure they are easy to access and properly stored. Generating Reports: Creating regular reports or summaries based on entered data, often in Excel or other spreadsheet applications. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring that sensitive or confidential information is handled securely, in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations. Responding to Data-Related Inquiries: Assisting others by providing information or answering questions related to data entries. Adhering to Deadlines: Ensuring timely completion of data entry tasks as per project deadlines. Preference will be given to SAP knowledge & experience. Preference will be given to Female candidate.
