As a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud Data Proc and Dataflow tools. Your primary focus will be on processing and analyzing large datasets while ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Your role will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Along with your academic background, you should have a strong technical skill set, including proficiency in Google Cloud Dataflow and Data Proc, along with a solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts. Experience with tools like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and other GCP services will be essential for this position. Additionally, familiarity with programming languages like Python or Java will be advantageous. In addition to your technical expertise, soft skills are equally important for success in this role.
