Job Description

5+ years of relevant work experience (Data Modeling/Analytics, Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Engineering)
Ability to be agile, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity; think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
“Bilingual” having a strong foundational understanding of both the functional (business) needs and the analytics/technology
Ability to lead various data initiatives, with a “customer-focused” mentality
Ability to think creatively coupled with strong analytics and problem-solving skills
Experience conducting large-scale data analysis to support business decision making
Understanding of and appreciation for the nuances in data landscapes, business
applications, and processes
Experience leading enterprise-wide data projects, structured and unstructured, joining large
and complex data sets
Expertise in the following tools: SQL (writing and analyzing complex queries), Tableau/Power
BI (defining data models and measures), Data Build Tool (dbt- Good but not mandatory), and Python
Self-motivated, pragmatic, and get-it-done mentality
Strong teammate, adept at operating across different functions/teams and levels in the organisation
