Job Title: Data Analyst Trainer Location: Madurai Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Data Analyst Trainer with 12 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, capable of teaching foundational to intermediate-level data analysis skills, and comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics. Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments based on learning objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep training content relevant and effective. Conduct needs assessments to customize training for diverse learner profiles. Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the instructional design and data teams to improve learning materials and delivery methods. Assist in maintaining documentation and reports related to training sessions, attendance, and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 12 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science. Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau). Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (formal or informal) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training sessions.
