Job Title - Data Analyst (NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake) Experience - 5+ years Location - Remote Skills: Data Analyst, NETSUITE, WORKDAY, SNOWFLAKE Job Description: Data Analyst with expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite and Workday Financials) and data warehousing (Snowflake) to support ongoing ERP migration and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for analyzing business data, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights across financial, operational, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs related to NetSuite and Workday ERP implementation. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PBI tools. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from Snowflake to support business insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake. Support data migration and validation efforts during the ERP transition. Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Snowflake queries and pipelines. Create documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an ERP environment. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake. Experience working with NetSuite and Workday ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business data. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PBI. Understanding of ETL processes and data integration. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics. Exposure to financial and HR analytics.,
