• Role Requirements:  finance background, preferably with experience in financial analysis or valuations.  Excel proficiency.

• Experience in Valuations: Experience in financial analysis or valuations is preferred. Aditi mentioned that the nature of work involves brand valuation, which is unique and requires specific knowledge.
• Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel is essential, with advanced skills in macros and VBA being an added advantage. The role involves extensive Excel usage for financial evaluations.

• Test Coordination: The hiring vendor will coordinate with candidates to schedule the tests and monitor the time. Completed tests are sent back to the team for evaluation.
