Roles and Responsibilities l Will assist users with their concerns and help them find solutions by interpreting data available in the company database l Will validate business transactions from companys end to users/business partners resulting in smooth process flow l Will bring your excel skills to crunch sales and marketing data and deliver crucial insights to top management l Will be organizing and conduct surveys in market to gather intelligence so as to enhance business performance l Custodian of data and will be responsible for creating and maintaining accounts for users in the company database l Will attend to all app related issues and coordinate with the Tech team in finding solutions on priority basis Skills Required l Advanced Excel Knowledge l Fluency in English Hindi and Tamil language l Excellent communication skills. l Keen eye for detail. l Creativity. l Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills. l Good documentation skills l Result-focused and able to work under tight deadlines. l Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
