Job Description

You will be responsible for the following as a Data Analyst: - Participating in discovery processes by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcomes. - Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to ensure data quality and consistency. - Designing and building dashboards and reports using Power BI, or other data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all data analysis processes and methodologies. - Collaborating with development teams to integrate data insights into software applications and business processes. - Defining business-specific performance metrics to measure data analysis effectiveness and monitoring these metrics over time. To qualify for this role, you should have the following requirements: - A graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. - 3 or more years of relevant data analysis experience, especially in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - An excellent understanding of statistical techniques and their applications. - Programming experience in Python for data analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics to a cross-functional audience.
