Job Description
The Monitoring / Dynamics 365 Admin will be responsible for a wide range of duties that include system monitoring, system administration, reporting and analysis, and defect management.
The Dynamics 365 Admin must be able to cover the following tasks:
• Monitor system performance
• Assist with administration of the STAAND application
• Triage issues
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on preferred course of action related bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Assist with logging of defects in Azure DevOps and definition of the next steps
• Understand system design and ensure recommendations are in line with application and product roadmap.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across delivery teams, business owners, and Premier support on activities and priorities
• Create and maintain required documentation, such as Maintenance and Operations guides
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports
The Monitoring / Dynamics 365 Admin will be required to engage with stakeholders from across the customer organization as well as within the prime contractor’s organization.
Qualifications
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience required (3 years)
• Experience as system administrator for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Production applications (3+ ERP and/or CRM production systems for enterprise class customers)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with the following: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management
• Experience using the Power Platform Admin Center and associated functionality
• Experience supporting a highly secure system, with processes and procedures to validate the integrity of the CCWIS in compliance with all applicable security controls and regulations. This includes providing a 365 day by 24-hour SOC and the use of XDR tools to detect and remediate any security threats or attacks.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE required. Knowledge of Azure a plus
