Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Czech, ensuring it meets community standards.
• Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content quickly and effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance content quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with other moderators to optimize moderation practices and improve user experience.
• Document moderation decisions and maintain accurate records of actions taken.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in content moderation and social media best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance moderation strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities focused on community engagement.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
