Key Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking customers with inquiries related to car rentals, reservations, and services.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle options, pricing, and rental terms.
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay informed about car rental trends and changes in policies.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in customer interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the car rental industry is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of customer interactions effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist and delight customers.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
