Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Czech-speaking customers with inquiries related to car rentals, reservations, and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist and delight customers.
