Your main responsibility will be to assist Czech-speaking clients in distress, delivering exceptional service and peace of mind during their time of need.

Responsibilities

  • Handle emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers with quick and professional responses.
  • Assess emergency situations and provide clear, supportive guidance while coordinating with service teams.
  • Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed through the roadside assistance process.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance and solutions.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve your knowledge and skills in roadside assistance services.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure during emergency situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support.
  • A commitment to excellence in customer care and service delivery.
