Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any issues with their high-end coffee machines.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance to enhance their overall experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system to ensure consistency.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to share customer feedback and improve products.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and take part in training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to elevate customer service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields, especially in the luxury or appliance market, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
