Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels, providing outstanding service and support.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, account management, and financial services.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the bank’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document customer interactions meticulously for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer orientation.
