This role requires a deep understanding of Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing (VAPT), and the ability to conduct rigorous security checks to prevent data confidentiality breaches. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in both technical execution and strategic planning to enhance our cybersecurity measures. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed VAPT to identify system vulnerabilities and assess the security of critical infrastructure. - Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with organizational goals. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to fortify security protocols and infrastructure. - Lead cybersecurity initiatives and mentor team members in best practices and ethical standards. - Ensure strict compliance with ethical guidelines to prevent unauthorized data disclosure. - Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to adapt to new threats. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity. - Relevant cybersecurity certification(s). - In-depth knowledge of system architecture. - Proven ability to manage complex security systems and projects. - Strong leadership skills and experience in team collaboration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,
