Job Description

The primary responsibility as an Infoscion is to actively support the consulting team throughout various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternative solutions based on thorough research including literature surveys, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, etc., and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will be tasked with creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining to-be processes, and developing detailed functional designs according to the requirements. Your role will also involve configuring solution requirements on products, identifying any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and shortlisting alternative solutions. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in Process Configuration Management, Infosys Configuration management processes, Program Management, Identity Management, Infrastructure Security, Server Administration, Network Firewall, and related technologies is essential. Familiarity with technologies such as Identity Management, Privileged User Management, Infrastructure Security, and Server Administration is crucial for this role. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role also entails working closely with clients to identify business challenges, refine and analyze data, and structure relevant information to contribute to client deliverables. A good understanding of the latest technologies and trends, strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are expected. You should be capable of assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting appropriate technology solutions. Furthermore, having expertise in one or two industry domains will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge of Program Management, EUC, Identity Management, Infrastructure Security, and related technologies such as Patching and Distribution, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Okta, CyberArk, Zscaler ZPA, F5-Big IP ASM, Active Directory, Palo Alto, Windows Server Admin, and more.,
