About The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in Computer Vision to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms that will enhance our platform. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions and make substantial contributions to both the project and the company as we continue to expand our digital marketplace. What You Will Do: - Design, prototype, implement, evaluate, optimize, and monitor machine learning algorithms and software capable of identifying data points on trading cards. - Establish and manage production ML pipelines on AWS. - Transfer ML pipelines from on-premise machines to AWS. - Develop, test, deploy, and sustain production systems. - Uphold and advocate for best practices in software development, encompassing deployment processes, documentation, and coding standards. - Engage in technical and product discussions, and exchange knowledge and ideas with colleagues across the organization. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - 2+ years of experience in Computer Vision. - Proficient programming skills in Python or other relevant languages. - Experience in dockerizing ML pipelines. - Comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Experience in constructing machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks). - Basic knowledge and experience with OpenCV. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for critical and creative thinking. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working at a startup. - Experience with ML Flow. - Proficiency in building and testing large-scale models using OpenCV. - Capability to effectively work in a remote team environment and collaborate with engineers across different time zones.,
