  • Promote the companys products and services to both new and existing customers, locally and globally.
  • Provide support and service to current customers for new developments, approvals, and order completion.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers for repeat orders and order confirmations.
  • Process order forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, monitor performance, and forecast future customer service needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Negotiate and follow up with customers to finalize orders using a robust inquiry monitoring system.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Research and identify marketing opportunities, trends, and potential leads for lead generation and business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to confirm delivery dates, address customer requests, and ensure order fulfillment.
