You are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Voice process with excellent communication skills in English. The work location is in Andheri East, Mumbai, and the work mode is office-based. It is important to note that candidates should be interested in working from the office. The preferred candidate profile includes having excellent communication skills, a Versant level of 5, being a graduate with at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, preferably in inbound services such as customer service, hospitality, international calling, telecom, D2H, calling, or telecalling. Candidates should also be able to pass a typing test with a speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy. The working window is 24x7 for males and from 7 am to 9 pm for females. The salary ranges from 3.20 lacs for graduates with 6-11 months of work experience to 3.25-3.50 Lacs for graduates with 12 months or more of work experience. The work schedule includes six days of work with 1 rotational week-off and a 9-hour shift.
