Job Title: Customer Support Associate Voice Process (Contractual Role)

Location: Bhubaneswar

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract


Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and committed individuals for a Voice Process role in a leading BPO. This is a full-time, contract-based opportunity for freshers who are eager to build their careers in customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls effectively in a 24/7 work environment.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries professionally.

  • Maintain accuracy in communication (both verbal and written).

  • Follow all company protocols and schedules diligently.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / 10+3 (Diploma).

  • Pursuing candidates are not eligible.

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal & Written) Versant Level: VETI-4

  • Work Mode: Work From Office only.

  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off).

  • Freshers preferred.
