Job Description
To promptly respond to the calls and resolving the Query as per the need. Develop objectives for the call centers day-to-day activities. Maintaining the Call log, responses, abandoned calls, agents responses, number of call attended. Work effectively and performance annually or on an at-need basis. Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department/employee, answer customers" queries, and provide information on procedures, packages, specialties, timings of the consultant etc. Organize and maintain forms and office stationery required for front desk activities Ensure all standard protocols set by organization are maintained Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patients, assure client confidentiality at all times Drive Online Appointments and promote marketing campaigns as directed, Adhere strictly to zero tolerance policy as framed by the management Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
