Otovo has built a marketplace and proprietary tools which allows customers to quickly obtain a turnkey budget for a solar installation in their home, while providing hundreds of installers around Spain and all the markets we are in work to bid and price their services for such projects. What you'll do?
We are digital company, however we provide extensive support to our customers via e-mail and pursuing administrative tasks for them. This role entails helping the project and sales team sort through their requests for help and obtain the necessary documentation for our clients in their municipalities. All the work is on the phone or via e-mail.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Answer promptly customer requests and questions, SLA´are key to our customers satisfaction!
Pursue administrative documentation for installations and interact on the phone with a large number of city halls and municipalities.
The work will be fast paced, with a ot of quick paced interactions, and the ability to keep track of all of them is critical.
Support our sales and ops teams in delivering great service.
You are expected to draw heavily on strongly on communication and organization skills, as well as an ability to keep a large number of conversations and tasks moving forward with the operations team.
In time, and with the company’s growth in Spain, you will have the chance to help us select, train and manage a team with similar responsibilities as you on day one, so we also will look for your abilities in leading teams and managing people as you grow into your role.
