Role: Customer Support Executive (Non-voice) Experience: 0- 3 years Work Location: Turbhe CTC : 4 4.5 LPA EMPLOYMENT : FULL TIME We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our non-voice/email process team. In this role, youll be responsible for managing customer inquiries & resolving issues through email/chat support. Your key duties include responding to customer queries promptly, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns through email and chat. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments. Maintain records of customer interactions and track issues to ensure resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while handling customer interactions. Job Requirements: Minimum HSC. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline(preferred). Minimum 0- 3 years of experience in email/chat process in Banks, NBFCs, or BFSI domain. Credit card support exp. is an added advantage. Excellent written communication skills. THIS IS A MUST. Languages Requirement: English, Hindi & Marathi. Preferred Qualifications: Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail & ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to go the extra mile. Interviews will be conducted in Kalina. Candidates from western suburbs of Mumbai need not apply.
