Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Field Role) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: Up to 30,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Relevant Field Experience) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive (Field Role) to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage field operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally during field visits. Perform on-site troubleshooting, installation, or service support as needed. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues. Provide daily reports and feedback to the management team. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up appropriately. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a field role. Bachelors degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel locally within Jaipur as required.
