Job Description

1. Responsible for order execution, delivery updating, follow up from factory concerned, communicating with internal and external customers proactively.
2. Mis : Collection of data related to key performance indicators and sending the same to the team leader for analysis.
3. Provide  service to customers after sales
4. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way 
5. Identifying customer needs and helping the customer
6. Monitor customer complaints and provide resolution
