We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer support and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support through chat-based communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. Resolve customer issues and queries effectively, utilizing company resources and guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency. Requirements: Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduation in any field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat process. Skills: Excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Availability: Ability to work in a 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs. Flexible to work in shifts as required. Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective remote work. Training: On-Site Training: Comprehensive training will be provided at our office for the first 3 months. Work from Home Transition: Post-training, successful candidates will transition to a work-from-home setup.
