Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Healthcare Domain)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional with an MBA in Hospital Management to join our Customer Support team. The role involves frequent visits to hospitals, diagnostic labs, and other healthcare clients to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and post-implementation support for our software solutions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-deployment.
- Visit client locations to provide on-site support, product training, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital/lab staff.
- Understand healthcare workflows and assist in software implementation accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
- Deliver clear and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Educate users on system features, updates, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Requirements:MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations within the city/region
- Ability to understand and adapt to hospital and lab workflows
- Basic technical proficiency and ease of using healthcare software
- Preferred Skills:Experience with LIMS, EMR, or Hospital Management Systems (HMS)
- Prior customer support or field implementation experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational procedures
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
