As a Customer Support Executive in this REMOTE opportunity, you will be required to possess good communication skills in spoken English and Hindi. Speaking other languages would be an added advantage. Your role will involve leveraging your experience as a Customer Care Executive for a cloud-based software product. You should have expertise in dealing with customers via phone, email, and chat, with the ability to resolve their complaints and requirements amicably and smoothly by following established processes and protocols. Having a working knowledge of the Intercom system will be beneficial for this role. You are expected to have experience in providing demos, support, and training to clients, along with a basic level of technical knowledge. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, addressing their needs effectively, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You should be well-versed in support, sales, communication skills, customer care, cloud-based technologies, ERP, and CRM.
