Job Description

You should possess effective communication skills along with good interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English. You will be required to interact with customers over calls and should have familiarity with CRM systems. Basic computer skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques would be an added advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work schedule is during the day shift with the opportunity for performance bonuses.
