Job Description

As a Telecaller Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, explaining our products/services to potential customers, follow up on leads to convert them into sales, and maintain healthy customer relationships while addressing their queries. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in inside/in-house sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to persuade and close deals effectively. The salary for this position ranges from 20K to 40K, depending on merit and experience, along with incentives. This is a full-time position based in Lowadih, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834010.
