Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be the frontline representative of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, in a courteous and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services to customers, resolving their queries effectively.
3. Client onboarding and training: Ensuring that new clients receive a thorough introduction to the CRM platform and its features.
4. Client meetings and travel: Planning and attending meetings with clients, both in-person and virtually, to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
5. Product demo: This would include demonstrating the features and functionalities of the Sales CRM system to the clients, answering their queries and explaining how it can help meet their business needs.
6. Client servicing: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients to help them optimize the use of the CRM platform.
7. Monitoring performance metrics: Keeping track of key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, to measure the success of client relationships.
8. Problem resolution: Resolving any issues that clients may encounter with the CRM platform in a timely and professional manner.
9. Continuous improvement: Continuously seeking out ways to improve the client experience and streamline operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in a customer support or similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
3. Empathetic and patient attitude to handle diverse customer personalities and challenging situations professionally.
4. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.
7. A positive and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Knowledge of Telugu language is a plus

Education and Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, call center, or related positions will be advantageous.
