The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues efficiently. Job Profile Location: Sirohi, Durg Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma in Computers Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2 Role & Responsibility Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, such as setting up equipment (printers, computers) or ensuring that software applications are up-to-date. Leading efforts in system restoration, data recovery, or reconfiguration in cases of system failure, network issues, or significant disruptions. Network Setup: Configure and manage network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure a stable and secure network infrastructure. Setting up and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and access points to ensure optimal performance. Assisting with server maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting, working closely with system administrators or other IT teams when needed. Providing support for complex network issues, including LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless networks, VPNs, and network security concerns.
