Job Description

You will be responsible for handling queries, requests, and complaints from customers in an international voice/non-voice process. Your main goal will be to ensure end-to-end resolution and achieve a significant improvement in customer experience. In case of unresolved queries, you will escalate them and maintain records for future reference. This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for freshers.
