Job Description: We are looking for a Process Associate to handle customer calls for a US-based process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. This is a voice-based process requiring candidates to work in US shift timings. Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound/outbound customer calls from US clients. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work during US shift timings (Night Shift - IST). Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Prior BPO or voice process experience is a plus.
