Job Description

Role :- Customer Success & Technical Product Executive.
Location :- Banglore (hybrid), 5 Days working.
Salary :- Best in industry 
Education :- University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, or Advertising
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, or equivalent with 60% and above. 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, offering Tier 1 support.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on advancements in Amazon and marketplace domains, providing relevant insights to clients.
- End-User Experience: Ensure high-quality end-user experiences and successful implementation of complex systems.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer challenges deeply to identify and solve the right problems.
- Internal Adoption Strategy: Develop strategies for internal adoption, including communication, training, and successful implementation of new product capabilities.

-Strong Quantitative Skills: Proficiency in analysing data and utilising quantitative metrics.
