Job Opportunity: Customer Success Manager SaaS & B2B Domain Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 5-6 years in Account Management/Client Handling Educational Background: Technical education preferred (BCA, MCA, Engineering). Non-technical profiles with significant tech product experience will also be considered. Revenue Growth: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to maximize revenue per client. Solution Expert: Guide clients on user experience and conversational design to deliver impactful solutions. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, UX) to align client needs with product offerings. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and develop best practices for client success. Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to offer valuable insights to clients.
